Service Agreements

Your telephone system is the lifeblood of your business and Dataphone understands the need to get your communications back up and running quickly in the event of a problem. All new systems we install have a 3 year warranty , and reconditioned systems have 12 month warranty. After this has period has expired Dataphone can provide you with a customised service agreement.


Our service agreements include the following quality assurances:

  • Covers costs for all parts and labour for problems associated with your telephone system
  • Priority response times of 2 hours for Priority 1 and 8 hours for Priority 2
  • On site coverage, remote diagnosis and 24 hour on call technician
  • Access to Critical Spares Parts Base for prompt replacement of failed or damaged equipment
  • Coverage – Priority 1 – 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
  • Coverage – Priority 2 - 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays
